Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Remuno platform. These terms govern your use of our software.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Remuno website, the Free Payslip Generator, or the Remuno Payroll Command Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Remuno provides a suite of online HR and payroll management tools. The Free Payslip Generator is provided "as is" without warranty. Remuno Payroll is a subscription-based service billed according to the tier selected during registration.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your company and employees. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the payroll calculations and statutory documents generated by our platform before filing them with government authorities.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected pricing plan (e.g., ₹1 or ₹3 per employee per day). Remuno reserves the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Remuno Systems, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service or any financial miscalculations resulting from user input errors.
