Your data belongs to you. This document outlines exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it secure.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you subscribe to Remuno Payroll, we collect your company name, tax identification numbers, business address, and primary contact details.

Employee Data: To process payroll, you provide us with employee names, bank account details, salary structures, and statutory compliance identification numbers (e.g., PAN, PF numbers). This data is strictly processed on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Remuno services you requested. This includes calculating payroll, generating bank advice, filing statutory compliance reports, and providing customer support.

We never sell your data to third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers. Your financial data is strictly confidential.

3. Third-Party Processing

To facilitate our services, we may share encrypted data with verified sub-processors, such as cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS) and banking network APIs for salary disbursement. All our sub-processors are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that meet or exceed GDPR and regional data protection laws.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or completely delete your data from our servers at any time. Upon terminating your Remuno subscription, all associated company and employee data is permanently purged from our primary and backup systems within 30 days, in accordance with our data retention policy.
